Custom made Branding Iron Hot Stamp

Branding Iron Hot Stamp is used to burn the logo on leather, wood etc. by using a normal plumbers blow torch. Suitable for most leather types and other suitable materials. Care must be taken to not overheat the stamp otherwise it will distort. We have experimented with the own heat source and have found that they are just not cost effective.

The Hot Stamps are made of a piece of 40mm x 40mm x 12mm solid brass as a standard option. The 40x40x12 is the maximum size for the price quoted. The size is the square size of the stamp, but if you have a stamp that is longer in length but shorter in height it goes for the same price, as long as the total area of the stamp does not exceed the 1600 mm^2. If the stamp you require is larger than this there would be an additional charge for the extra area.

The Branding Hot Stamp comes with a handle and a sleeve in order to handle the stamp while hot.

We would require a high-quality vector drawing file of the logo in other words a line drawing of the logo or if you do not have a vector drawing a high-resolution PDF or DXF file would also work.

The price does not include the shipping from Leather and Canvas to you. All stamps now have a R250.00 digital mock-up fee before we can produce proof. This fee is a flat rate to make the appropriate design changes in order to try and produce a high standard stamp.
